Blacks Solicitors LLP continues to support local amateur sports clubs with the sponsorship of Drighlington ARLFC.The partnership is expected to last for two years and was set up by Blacks Corporate & Commercial Partner, David Paterson, who has strong links with the club.
David said: “I am from Drighlington and played for the first team when I was younger, so I am happy to support the club where I can. We are thrilled to sponsor and support Drighlington ARLFC for the forthcoming seasons and wish them all the best.”
Drighlington ARLFC is the latest sports club to be sponsored by Blacks, who have a long history of supporting grass roots sports clubs in the Leeds and Bradford area.
Blacks’ support of local sports clubs is designed to show the benefits of working as a team, something which they wish to promote further to the community.
David continued: “The importance of teamwork is undeniable. We aim to promote and support amateur sports clubs within the local community in any way we can in order to raise awareness of the benefits of participation in sport and teams”
Coach at Drighlington ARLFC, Richard Gardner, said: “The financial and personal support from Blacks is a huge asset to the team and its followers. We are very grateful for their support and look forward to working with Blacks to further develop the future of the club and kids that play here.”
